Back to school !

Oh, How I love this of year. We have football going, leaves slowly starting to change colors and Yes! back to school finally!
 Ive downloaded lots of digi, and Im starting to buy some more Copics. Even though they are not my favorite markers...

I've learning how to create my own cards and Im having so much fun! but the pocket book isn't. lol
This is my favorite time of year (Fall) going back to school, the leaves changing colors and Football!
We are huge Seattle Seahawk fans. So we are excited that the new season is upon us!
We had a wonderful wind storm yesterday that swept throw the city. I loved every minute of it.
 I took my ten year old daughter we went and got a pedicure and the lights were flickering then we went to Ben Franklin's craft store and bought some Copics and some crosstitching stuff for mommy.
 I have to control myself in there. I could use my whole budget all at once.
Sofia my daughter starts 5th grade on Tuesday! I cant wait. It will be new challenges for her, but they will be good I believe she is ready for them. We have a new teacher and Im thinking of going back to school myself now that she is getting older and will be entering Jr.High school next year. Its time for mommy to get her self a job and get going.

Summer is almost done!

It's finally almost over! I loath summer😁 but it's been a healthy one for us . So that is a blessing, my daughter starts 5th grade on Tuesday.
I look forward in creating new things.

Happy Easter

I've been very busy with doctor appointments with my daughter over the last month in half. Im actually free this week to get some cleaning done, before we are gone for two weeks for her up coming surgery.
I just bought a new Whimsy stamp on ebay and Primsa colored pencils I cant wait to get they were such a good deal.
We had a nice Easter weekend with just my mom and dad who is going through stage three cancer its been very tough on our family, but we are all coming together for her.
 Im a stay at home mom, so I help run errands for them when my dad cant get out. So far all is looking good for my daughters back surgery in May 6th @ Seattle Children's.

Hello

Im so inspired , by all the creations out there for stamping. I could easily go broke. Im searching for a spring digi thank you stamp and a Easter one with sentiments to go along. I cant wait to get started.
 Im much more relaxed now that my daughter's procedures are done and most of it went okay. It was a long day took three hours. They did find some things about her heart and they have to come together as a team and decide what to do about it, before the spinal surgery since the spinal surgery will put a lot of stress on the heart. Im really nervous about it all. Im a bit overwhelmed in some ways. Ive been trying to keep myself busy by crafting and doing my crosstitching. Thank Goodness she is healthy right now. I had to keep her home and she is driving me crazy. Its raining as usual here in Enumclaw, so I cant let her out, but she wouldn't be able to anyways since her procedure was near her groin area.
 She handle everything perfect didn't get sick or anything she was very silly coming out of the medications from the heart cath, but heck Ill take that any day.
 Off to do some craftying, were watching baseball tonight and watching the Hunger games Mocking Jay part one. Or at least Iam. Im letting her watch her Ipad a bit more since she cant really play.

Happy Rainy Saturday

Trying to relax today. I ran errands with Sofia this morning at Wallmart, which was a mistake. My foot is still hurting from the shot they gave me on Thursday for my plantar fasciitis. I start Pt in July.
 Im watching a new show on Netflix called BloodLines, its very intense. Very good though too, its staring Kyle Chandler , Sam Sheppard, and Sissy Speck. Great acting.
 Im off to do some crafting and stitching on this rainy windy day. But this is some of my favorite weather. Now its sunny.
Im bidding on some new Copicmarkers and stamps. I also found some really cool stamps from the local thrift store for only 3.00 total.

Im more rested at 1am now then I was before

After a very long and over whelming day at Children's, my daughter who is  9 came home and was full attitude already. err
so we just relaxed and made dinner and we were both in bed by 9. Now I just got woken up by our ten month old black kitty we need named Magick. I adopted him this last fall when someone dumped him off in our apartments. he was so skinny and scared. Once I got him fixed he is now our favorite cat and the most loving one I've ever had.
 I'm watching Sense and Sensibility and trying to figure out why my pictures will not upload on here. Its all changed now.
Im working on a Thank you card that turned out cute for my x in laws right now I will post when Im done.
Im getting very sleepy. Must turn in good. night.

Long day

We had a long day at Seattle Children's Hospital today, for Sofia's annual Cardiology appointment. Most of it went okay, but our doctor wants Sofia to have a heart Cath  done before we have her scoliosis surgery to make sure there are not questions about her heart issues they couldn't see everything in the Echo that they wanted to see, so it has to be done. Im hoping it will be done on  Monday the same day as her MRI an CT scan for the surgery, so we don't have to put her under again for another procedure.
 Im taking myself to see a movie on Friday while she is in school. I finally cleaned out my Iphone and downloaded my crosstitching pictures to share. Hopefully I can figure out how to use the archives. :)

Welcome to my world!

So, hello blogging world. I finally got around to creating my craft blog. I've been wanting to do this for a while, Ive finally got the time to sit down and take out all of my completed crossstitching works from Prairie Schooler. I have been working on the 12 months of the seasons. But I tend to start one then stop and continue onto another one. Bad habit.
Im finally going back now and completing the ones I haven't finished. The hardest part is finding the frames for them.
 Im also addicted to making cards now. Its extremely expensive when starting out specially the Copicmarkers, wow! I've been buying from Ebay, but must stop that habit too.
 I have a little girl 9 yrs.old who keeps me busy some days, she has special needs , Sofia was born with a heart defect and has gone through three open heart surgeries , and now we are getting ready for  big surgery in May to fix her scoliosis, which this mommy is very worried and stressed out about.
Im sitting here relaxing before bedtime, watching The Hunger Games Catching Fire
I cant wait to see the movie Insurgent on Friday. It would be nice to find a movie buddy male or female. Im a stay at home mom , so when things are quiet I have some down time.
